Can you transfer a title online in NC?

What forms does an NC title transfer require?

Is notarization really required?

Yes. North Carolina requires the seller's signature on the title to be notarized, signed by hand in ink. Your packet tells you which signatures need a notary. Your bank is usually free; post offices do not notarize.

How fast is it?
