For privacy purposes, Ottoform LLC d/b/a NC Title Transfer Concierge is the business responsible for your information in connection with these services.

• Contact & Account Info: name, email, phone, mailing address, preferred contact method.
• Vehicle & DMV Details: VIN, plate numbers, lienholder information, forms, IDs or documents you upload or provide, signatures.
• Payment & Billing: billing name, method, transaction amounts, and limited payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage Data: pages viewed, form interactions, device/browser info, approximate location (from IP), and cookies/identifiers.
• Communications: email, call, SMS, and chat content you send to us, plus timestamps and routing details.

• Provide, operate, and improve our DMV concierge services.
• Verify identity and process DMV paperwork accurately.
• Send service updates, reminders, receipts, and support messages.
• Detect, prevent, and address errors, fraud, or abuse.
