Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These Terms are between you and Ottoform LLC d/b/a NC Title Transfer Concierge.

We provide concierge support to prepare, submit, and track North Carolina DMV title and registration paperwork, including out-of-state transfers and lienholder coordination. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV).

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Use of the services may be limited where prohibited by law.

• You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access status portals or forms.
• We may contact you via email, phone, or SMS for order updates and required actions. Message/data rates may apply; you can opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP.

• Quoted DMV taxes/fees are estimates based on available data (VIN, address, value, vehicle type). Final amounts are set by NCDMV/local authorities.
• Our service fee is separate from any government fee, tax, or third-party charge (e.g., notarization, shipping).
• If actual DMV amounts differ from estimates, you authorize us to collect the difference or issue a refund of any surplus.

• We accept payment via approved processors. By submitting a payment method, you authorize charges for service fees and pass-through government fees.
• You agree to keep a valid payment method on file until your order is completed or canceled.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause processing and incur additional administrative fees if resolved in our favor.
• Charges may appear as “Ottoform LLC” or “NC Title Transfer Concierge.”

• Service fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
• Government fees already submitted are not refundable by us once paid to NCDMV or related agencies.

• Provide accurate information and promptly respond to requests (IDs, signatures, power of attorney, lien letters, etc.).
• Verify all documents before submission; inform us immediately of any errors.
• Pick up or receive plates, stickers, or titles per our instructions.

• You permit us to prepare and submit forms on your behalf and, where authorized, present documents to NCDMV.
• Electronic signatures and scanned copies may be used where accepted by law/agency policy.
• Originals you provide may be retained until completion or returned per our process; keep copies for your records.

• Turnaround times are estimates and depend on agency backlogs, holidays, accuracy of information, and lienholder response times.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or incorrect/incomplete submissions.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any information we provide is for administrative assistance only. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.

• You agree not to misuse the services or submit fraudulent, altered, or unlawful documents.
• We may refuse or cancel services that we believe violate law, policy, or these Terms.

The site, content, logos, and software are owned by Ottoform LLC (doing business as NC Title Transfer Concierge) or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT AGENCY PROCESSING TIMES OR OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NC Title Transfer Concierge and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of the services, your information or documents, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
• Any dispute with Ottoform LLC d/b/a NC Title Transfer Concierge will be brought exclusively in those courts.
• Before filing suit, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days after written notice.

We may modify the services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate services immediately for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

• By providing a phone number, you consent to receive calls or texts about your orders, documents, and scheduling.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You consent to the use of electronic records and signatures and agree that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures for the services we provide where permitted by law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including agency closures, system outages, severe weather, or labor disputes.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus policies referenced herein, are the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with a reorganization or sale.
• Waiver: A waiver on one occasion is not a waiver on any other.
• Headings: For convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
