Service Agreement

This Agreement establishes the framework for our professional relationship. It defines the services we provide, your obligations as Client, and mutual expectations to ensure smooth DMV processing. For contract purposes, the counterparty is Ottoform LLC d/b/a NC Title Transfer Concierge.

We act as your concierge for DMV-related transactions, including title transfers, registrations, lien releases, and notarization where applicable. We facilitate preparation, submission, and monitoring, but do not guarantee government outcomes. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV).

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation.
• Pay all required fees before submission of DMV paperwork.
• Cooperate with requests for signatures, IDs, or additional forms.

• Handle your information securely and confidentially.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to DMV or related agencies as authorized.
• Notify you promptly of missing requirements or errors that may affect processing.

You agree to pay our flat concierge service fee as published on our website, plus any pass-through costs (e.g., postage, courier). Payment is due before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Charges may appear as “Ottoform LLC” or “NC Title Transfer Concierge.”

You are responsible for all DMV-imposed fees and taxes. We may collect these upfront on your behalf and remit directly to DMV. Final amounts are subject to DMV determination, and adjustments may be required.

Where notarization is included, you authorize us or our notaries to witness signatures as required. You remain responsible for the truthfulness of signed statements.

You affirm all information provided is true and accurate. We are not liable for rejections, penalties, or delays resulting from errors, omissions, or falsified details provided by you.

We may contact you via email, phone, or SMS to request information or provide updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional SMS, but transactional communications are required to complete your order.

While most transfers complete within 2–3 business days, timelines vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by DMV backlogs, incorrect submissions, or third-party agencies.

We maintain confidentiality of your personal information and documents, except as required by law or to complete DMV processes on your behalf.

Our data practices are outlined in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and consent to those practices by using our services.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Fees paid for services already rendered or government submissions already made are non-refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF SERVICE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NC Title Transfer Concierge and its staff from claims arising from your actions, documents, or information provided, or from your breach of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or third-party rights.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes with Ottoform LLC d/b/a NC Title Transfer Concierge shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Before filing suit, the parties will first attempt informal resolution in good faith within 30 days after written notice.

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government closures.

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full agreement between the parties and supersedes prior understandings.
